Official Payment & Banking Policy

1. Official Bank Account
The above-mentioned account is the only official bank account of AGTP Group L.L.C-FZ. The company shall not be held responsible for any payments made to any other account.

2. Proof of Transfer
Only a SWIFT Copy MT-103 document will be accepted as valid proof of payment.

3. Banking Charges
All banking charges must be borne by the buyer. Payments must be made using the “OUR” instruction to ensure full invoice value is received.

4. Matching Remitter Details
The buyer’s name must match the remitter’s bank account name. Third-party payments will not be accepted unless prior written approval is obtained and an official payment authorization form is submitted and approved by AGTP Group L.L.C-FZ.

5. Refund Policy
Any applicable refunds will be processed only to the original remitting bank account.

6. Cash Refunds
Cash refunds are strictly not permitted.
