AGTP Group L.L.C-FZ (“AGTP Group”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a Dubai-based automotive trading and export company specializing in the international export of vehicles and automotive spare parts from the United Arab Emirates to customers worldwide. AGTP Group does not offer local retail or domestic sales within the UAE.

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, making a payment, or purchasing products for international export from AGTP Group, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Business

AGTP Group supplies and exports automotive products from Dubai, UAE, including but not limited to:

• Brand-new and pre-owned vehicles
• Automotive spare parts and components
• Genuine, OEM, and aftermarket parts
• Engines and transmissions
• Tyres and wheels
• Body parts and body kits
• Automotive accessories and related products

All products are supplied for international export from the UAE. The specific product, condition, quantity, specifications, price, shipping terms, and other applicable conditions shall be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are subject to product availability and current market conditions.
• Prices may change due to product availability, market pricing, freight charges, port charges, exchange rates, regulatory requirements, or other applicable costs.
• A quotation is valid only for the period stated in the quotation. If no validity period is specified, AGTP Group may revise the quotation before order confirmation.
• A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until the Client accepts the quotation and completes the required payment or otherwise confirms the order in writing.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, quotations do not include destination-country duties, taxes, customs charges, registration fees, or other local charges.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after AGTP Group receives the agreed payment and confirms the order.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before an order proceeds to processing and shipment.
• AGTP Group may accept payment through available online payment methods, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
• Any applicable bank, card, payment gateway, currency-conversion, or transaction fees shall be the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• AGTP Group may delay, suspend, or cancel an order where payment is unsuccessful, incomplete, reversed, disputed, or subject to compliance or verification concerns.
• Ownership and risk relating to the product shall be determined by the applicable invoice, agreement, and agreed Incoterm or delivery terms.

4. Product Information & Condition

• Product descriptions, specifications, images, videos, and other information are provided for purchasing and identification purposes and may be subject to availability and final confirmation.
• The Client is responsible for reviewing the product specifications and confirming that the selected product meets their requirements before payment.
• Pre-owned vehicles and used automotive products may have normal signs of age, mileage, use, wear, and minor cosmetic imperfections unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, AGTP Group does not guarantee that a pre-owned vehicle or used automotive product will be free from normal wear or age-related characteristics.
• Spare-parts compatibility should be confirmed using the vehicle make, model, year, VIN/chassis number, part number, or other relevant information.
• AGTP Group shall not be responsible for compatibility issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client.

5. Pre-Shipment Photos & Videos

• Where applicable, AGTP Group may provide photographs or videos of vehicles, spare parts, or other products before shipment.
• The Client may review the provided material before shipment where such review is offered or agreed.
• Approval of photographs or videos by the Client confirms acceptance of the visible condition and information presented, subject to any written exceptions agreed with AGTP Group.
• Photographs and videos may not capture every minor cosmetic, physical, or functional characteristic of a product.

6. Export & Shipping

• AGTP Group exports vehicles and automotive spare parts from Dubai, UAE, to international destinations.
• AGTP Group does not provide local UAE retail or domestic sales.
• Shipping may be arranged by ocean freight, RoRo, containerized shipping, air cargo, or another agreed transportation method depending on the product and destination.
• Shipping costs, responsibilities, and delivery arrangements shall be stated in the quotation, invoice, and/or agreed Incoterm.
• Where Incoterms are used, the applicable Incoterm determines the allocation of costs, responsibilities, and risk between AGTP Group and the Client.
• Estimated shipping and delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by vessel or flight schedules, port congestion, customs procedures, weather, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond AGTP Group’s reasonable control.
• Destination delivery may be subject to local customs, port, transportation, clearance, or other requirements and charges.

7. Export Documentation & Destination Compliance

• AGTP Group may provide or coordinate export documentation required for the shipment from the UAE.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring that the purchased vehicle or automotive product complies with all import requirements of the destination country.
• The Client is responsible for destination-country customs clearance, import duties, taxes, registration requirements, homologation, certification, inspection, and other applicable local requirements unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
• AGTP Group is not responsible for delays, additional costs, rejection, seizure, penalties, or other consequences arising from destination-country regulations or actions by customs or other government authorities.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted to AGTP Group in writing.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once export processing, shipment preparation, documentation, or other order-related processing has commenced, except where AGTP Group agrees otherwise in writing.
• Where a refund is approved, the refundable amount may be reduced by costs already incurred in connection with the order.
• Such deductions may include administrative costs, documentation and processing fees, payment-processing fees, shipping or logistics costs, and other non-recoverable expenses.
• Any applicable refund amount and deductions will be communicated to the Client in writing.
• Card or online-payment refunds, where applicable, will generally be processed through the original payment method.
• Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

AGTP Group shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Shipping or airline delays
• Port congestion, closure, or operational disruption
• Customs or government actions
• Changes in laws or regulations
• Natural disasters
• War, conflict, or civil unrest
• Strikes or labour disruptions
• Epidemics or other major disruptions
• Technical or infrastructure failures
• Other force majeure events

Where such circumstances occur, AGTP Group will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant updates to the Client.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AGTP Group shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping companies, ports, airlines, customs authorities, or other third parties
• Losses arising after risk has transferred to the Client under the agreed Incoterm or delivery terms
• Destination-country duties, taxes, customs decisions, registration requirements, or regulatory actions
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses
• Losses resulting from inaccurate information or instructions provided by the Client
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond AGTP Group’s reasonable control

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AGTP Group’s liability in connection with an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid to AGTP Group for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the AGTP Group website, including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, videos, branding, product presentation materials, and website design, is owned by or licensed to AGTP Group L.L.C-FZ.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

12. Website Information

AGTP Group makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information on its website. However, product availability, pricing, specifications, images, shipping options, and other information may change without prior notice.

Website information does not replace the specific terms stated in an approved quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation.

13. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate contact, product, vehicle, and destination information.
• Review quotations, invoices, product specifications, and shipping terms before confirming an order.
• Provide accurate destination and import information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country.
• Pay all agreed amounts within the required timeframe.
• Provide documents or information reasonably required to process the order or shipment.
• Ensure that the purchased products are legally permitted for import and use in the destination country.

AGTP Group shall not be responsible for problems resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the Client.

14. International Export Only

AGTP Group’s business covered by these Terms & Conditions is focused on the international export of vehicles and automotive spare parts from Dubai, UAE.

AGTP Group does not offer local UAE retail or domestic sales under these Terms & Conditions. Customers are responsible for providing a valid international destination and complying with all applicable import requirements in that destination.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or an order with AGTP Group shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

16. Amendments

AGTP Group reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version published on the AGTP Group website shall apply to future transactions from the date of publication, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
